Flag of England

Flag of England, also known as the George Cross is composed of a vertical cross, dark red that symbolizes St. George on a white cloth.

Raised in 1191, the historical flag of St. George became the flag of England en1278. When combined with the flags of Scotland and the patron saint of Ireland, formed the best known British flag
